At JBSimone's, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at hello@jbsimones.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
